Return & Refund Policy for ZOREL LEATHER
Due to the nature of our business in providing deeply discounted, original products from special sources, all sales are typically final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of change of mind, wrong size chosen by the customer, or if the item does not meet subjective expectations.
Exceptions (Case-by-Case Basis):
Returns or refunds will only be considered under two strict conditions:
- Faulty or Damaged Item: The product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit.
- Wrong Item Received: You receive an item that is different from what you ordered.

- You must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., pictures of the damage or the wrong item).
- Our team will review your case. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and processing a refund or replacement.
